Narcotics Investigation Leads to Methamphetamine Laboratory

A narcotics search warrant executed at 1015 West 11th Street by the Coffeyville Police Department and Kansas Bureau of Investigation resulted in the arrest of Justin H. E. Harmon, 36, of Coffeyville. On October 10, CPD and the KBI executed the search warrant and located an inactive meth lab in the garage. Harmon was arrested near the scene.

Police are recommending Harmon be charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture; possession of ephedrine with intent; and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additional arrests and or criminal charges may be forthcoming pending further investigation.
