How do I get a police report?
Send a police report request via email. You may also submit a request by phone at 620-252-6122 or fax requests to 620-252-6118. To make a request in person, go to the southeast administration area of the Police Department from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (we are closed on holidays).


Please allow sufficient time for report to be prepared following the incident. Send an email to determine if it is available.
