Joe Humble, Chief of Police, has been a member of the Coffeyville Police Department for 22 of his 30 years in law enforcement. He has served the citizens of Coffeyville as a Patrol Officer, Investigator, Tactical Team Leader, Tactical Team Commander and Division Commander, working his way up through the ranks to Chief of Police. Chief Humble, due to his unique tenure with the Department, promotes the close-knit atmosphere of a smaller department while maintaining a progressive, proactive attitude, usually found in bigger departments, to best serve the citizens of Coffeyville.
