Utility Meter Reading

For Rural Coffeyville utility customers to submit utility meter readings online

The City's Meter Readers will read your meter three times each year.  The months the Meter Readers will read meters is determined by your route number - the first
two digits of your account number.  Route numbers are located in the bottom left corner of your utility bill.  Example:  41-1234-00.  The 41 is the route number and you do not need to read your meter in the months noted below.

51 January, May, September

Note:  All meter readings must be returned by the 25th of the month - either online
or on your utility bill stub

To submit your electric and water meter readings, enter the information below
and click the submit button.  The phone number and e-mail address are optional and
will be used only if we need to contact you regarding the reading.  Meter readings can
also be submitted on the utility bill payment stub.  Separate meter reading cards will
no longer be used.

If you are not currently reading your own meter, the Meter Readers will continue to
read it each month.

Automatic Bill Pay
Download the authorization application, fill out, sign and return with a voided check to the Coffeyville Customer Service Office to sign up for Automatic Bill Pay.

Credit/Debit Cards
The City of Coffeyville will accept credit/debit cards for any payment transaction.  There will be a 1.8% convenience fee added to all transactions.  Utility payments can be made over the phone by calling 620-252-6124.  If paying in person using a credit/debit card, a photo ID is required.
