Starting a New Service
All requests for new service must be made in person at the Customer Service located on 2nd floor, City Hall, 102 West Seventh Street, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The person requesting the service must provide proof of identification, a driver’s license or other photo identification card, social security number and proof of ownership or lease of the property for which the service is being requested.

Deposits are required for all new commercial and residential accounts.

Requests made prior to 4:00 p.m. will receive same-day connection service. Requests received after 4:00 p.m. will be connected the next business day.
