The City of Coffeyville has adopted the Standard Traffic Ordinance and the Uniform Public Offense Code for Kansas cities.  The Standard Traffic Ordinance (STO) parallels the state traffic act; while the Uniform Public Offense Code (UPOC) parallels the state criminal code.  Both ordinances may be downloaded in their entirety below.
