First Time Homebuyer Incentive Program
The First Time Homebuyer Incentive Program will provide one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) incentive from the Housing and Community Development portion of the ½-cent sales tax fund to assist qualified low- and moderate-income individuals with the purchase of their first home.

New Construction Single-Family Program
The New Construction Single-Family Housing Incentive Program will provide a three thousand dollar ($3,000) incentive per new single-family home from the Housing and Community Development portion of the ½-cent sales tax fund to assist homeowners or speculative home developers interested in constructing new single-family homes. The Program is subject to budget restrictions, available funding, and yearly City Commission approval.

New Construction Multi-Family Program
The New Construction Multi-Family Housing Incentive Program will provide a one thousand five hundred dollar ($1,500) incentive per new rental unit from the Housing and Community Development portion of the ½-cent sales tax fund to assist developers or investors interested in constructing new multi-family housing. The Program is subject to budget restrictions, available funding, and yearly City Commission approval.

Paint the Town Program
The Paint the Town Assistance Program for qualified Coffeyville residents will provide three hundred dollars ($300) from the Housing and Community Development portion of the ½-cent sales tax fund to assist qualified Coffeyville residents with paint and supplies to paint their home. The Paint the Town Assistance Program will be funded on a first come first served basis. The programs are subject to budget restrictions, available funding and yearly commission approval.

Senior Assistance Program - Emergency Home Repair for Seniors and Disabled
The Senior Assistance Program Emergency Home Repair Assistance Program for Senior Citizens and Disabled will provide up to one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) from the Housing and Community Development portion of the ½-cent sales tax fund to assist senior and disabled citizens with emergency home repairs who are struggling. The Senior Assistance Programs for Senior Citizens and Disabled will be funded on a first come first served basis. The programs are subject to budget restrictions, available funding and yearly commission approval.

Senior Assistance Program - Weatherization and Home Security Program for Seniors and Disabled
The Senior Assistance Program Weatherization and Home Security Program for Senior Citizens and Disabled will provide up to one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) from the Housing and Community Development portion of the ½-cent sales tax fund to assist senior and disabled citizens reduce utility bills who are struggling. The Senior Assistance Programs for Senior Citizens and Disabled will be funded on a first come first served basis. The programs are subject to budget restrictions, available funding and yearly commission approval.
