I own a house that is currently vacant but the utilities are on. Will I be billed for the service?
Yes, every residential dwelling in the city limits receiving city water, sewer or electric service will receive a polycart and be billed for the service. An affidavit to exempt vacant or unoccupied dwellings that still have utilities from the trash service can be filled out at the Customer Service Office.
