Contact the Montgomery County Register of Deeds office at 620-330-1140. Information may also be obtained from the Montgomery County Parcel Search online database.

Do I need a demolition permit to tear down a structure?
Yes, demolition permits are $25 and are available at the Engineering Department located in City Hall, at 102 West Seventh Street.

The property owner is responsible for the upkeep and repair of sidewalks adjoining their property.
