Send a police report request via email. You may also submit a request by phone at 620-252-6167 or fax requests to 620-252-6118. To make a request in person, go to the Police Department at 1206 W. 11th Street.  Please allow sufficient time for report to be prepared following the incident. Send an email to determine if the report is available.
