Yes, a building permit is required . Before installation, call 1-800-DIGSAFE to arrange for locates. Also, once the installation is complete, it is recommended you register the shelter with the City of Coffeyville.

Yes, a building permit is required if you are doing a complete tear-off of the existing roof or an overlay on the existing roof - no more than two layers are allowed.

New deck or porch construction requires a building permit if it will be higher than 30 inches or if it will be covered,
