1. Who do I call if I have a sewer line problem?: Contact customer service at 620-252-6100 or Water / Wastewater Distribution at 620-252-6139. For calling after hours, contact 620-252-6150.

2. Where does the water go after it goes down the drain or is flushed?: The water goes into the sanitary sewer system to the wastewater treatment plant.

3. Where does the treated water go after it leaves the wastewater treatment plant?: The water is released into the Verdigris River.
